You agree not to use @waiyat/devops or the documentation website to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or perform denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content in a manner that disrupts our services
  • Misrepresent the origin or endorsement of the software in a way that could harm users or Waiyat Labs
  • Use the CLI tool in production systems in a way that circumvents your organisation's own security policies

5. Open-Source Contributions

If you contribute code, documentation, or other materials to the Waiyat/devops repository on GitHub:

  • You represent that you have the right to submit the contribution
  • You agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same MIT License as the project

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The @waiyat/devops software and documentation website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Warranties that the software will meet your specific requirements
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of diagnostic results

You use the CLI tool at your own risk. Always review auto-generated files and workflow changes before committing them to production repositories.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waiyat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or security breaches resulting from the use or inability to use @waiyat/devops or the documentation website.

In no event shall Waiyat Labs' total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given the software is free and open-source, shall be zero (£0 / $0 / €0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waiyat Labs and its contributors from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the software or website in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Governing Law
